En el siguiente artículo hemos realizado una revisión de las dosis, indicaciones, contraindicaciones y presentaciones de los antibióticos, antiinflamatorios, analgésicos, antivíricos y antifúngicos más empleados en odontopediatría. Asimismo, incluimos las novedades que han aparecido en el mercado este último año. Se incluyen también los diferentes métodos que se utilizan para calcular las dosis de los diferentes medicamentos en pediatría, en relación a la dosis del adulto, al peso o la superficie corporal del niño. Todo ello con el objetivo de minimizar los errores de dosificación y administración que pueden derivarse del empleo de fármacos en la infancia.

In the following article we have checked the dosage, indications, contraindications and presentations of antibiotics, analgesics, anti-inflammatories and antivirals, more commonly in pediatric dentistry. Thus, we include the innovations appeared in this last year. It is also enclosed the different methods that are used to calculate the dosage of the different medicines of pediatric, in relation to the adult dosage, the weight or the complexion of the child. All of this is aimed to minimize the possible dosage or administration errors that can be derived from the use of medicines

in the chilhood.
